As one of the Mayor’s priorities and in response to feedback from residents, the council has returned to a more regular grass-cutting programme this year, cutting over a four-to-six-week cycle.

Croydon Council has introduced a new Public Spaces Protection Order (PSPO) in the town centre to tackle antisocial behaviour.

The regeneration of Croydon town centre remains a top priority for me and the news that Unibail Rodamco Westfield (URW) has reached an agreement with Hammerson is an important step in progressing this.
Listening to Croydon’s communities on crime
The Safer Croydon Partnership (SCP) has launched a new Community Safety Engagement Board (CSEB) to listen to and collaborate with residents and community groups on community safety initiatives.
